A UK-based multinational telecommunications conglomerate that provides mobile and broadband services, invited A2C Cloud to take part in an innovation contest that would bring together telecommunications, credit banking and modern achievements in machine learning and big data.
Enhance the quality of credit score evaluations using big data supplied by a telecom provider. We aimed to find correlations between telecom behaviors (calls, data plan usage) of mobile network subscribers and their creditworthiness.
The team implemented an intelligent system capable of matching a telecom subscriber to one of the behavior-based proto-personas. For each loan candidate, the system provides the decision-maker with a calculated probability of similarity between a given applicant and a proto-persona.
